Yesterday Elie came over for a playdate while her parents went to see Cirque de Soleil. Tristan and Elie had a BLAST. First they played in the pool and enjoyed splashing each other with buckets of water. (Chaos found cover on the FAR SIDE of the lawn.) Then they hung
on the porch and danced to the radio. After that we had mac & cheese, apples, and crackers for dinner and we topped off the evening with a showing of "the monkey" (AKA Curious George). By the end of the night both kids were deliriously exhausted which worked out nicely because so were we!!! :) We are
so thankful for our friendships here and the friendships that Tristan has made. Tristan and Elie are adorable together and now they talk to each other and seem to completely understand what the other one is saying. It's
so cute! And we are so thankful that Tristan's new baby brother or sister will have a friend in Elie's new sibling which will arrive only about a month after ours! What timing! :)
