If you're like me, you struggle on a weekly basis trying to figure out what to feed your family. This concept may sound simple to some but let me assure you it can become quite the process at the McHam house. First we must consider the budget: not much. Second, we must consider the two most vocal eaters in the house and what their current likes and dislikes are. This is more complicated than it sounds as these things can change on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. Third, we must remember that the cook (c'est moi) doesn't really like eating meat but the patriarch of the family won't eat a meal without it. Tricky, I know.
I thought it might be a good idea to post our weekly meal plans on the off-chance that I'm able to inspire any of you fellow frustrated moms out there. I'd love to hear your meals, tips, and/or ideas too!
